Leopards are solitair, we observed a young male 2 days in a row, while he was about to hunt he suddenly was distracted. He moved to an other side of the terrain we could follow him but had to pass some obstacles, suddenly we saw to our big surprise 2 leopards! This is very very rare to see 2 adult leopards together, apparently one was a female and she was on heat redy to be mated. The young male didn't showed that het understood what was expected from him. We couldn't follow them as it became dark. I assume that his instincts will have survived that night.
